Adobe Express is a versatile and easy-to-use creative platform that includes premium features for content creation. It can be used to create flyers, newsletters, and social media posts, as well as to edit or generate photos, videos, and other visual materials.
Adobe Creative Cloud also remains available under a new licensing model designed to expand access and better align available tools with the needs of the campus community. For more information about Adobe Creative Cloud and its offerings, see Adobe Creative Cloud: Access and Installation Guide.
Adobe Acrobat remains available to all students, faculty, and staff. Adobe Acrobat Sign remains available to all faculty and staff.

Access via Web
You can access your Adobe Express account by logging in via single sign-on (SSO) with your College credentials from https://new.express.adobe.com/ or via apps.ithaca.edu, myIC.ithaca.edu, or the Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Go to https://new.express.adobe.com/ in a web browser
- Enter your IC email address and click Continue
- Select Company or School Account
- Enter your IC email password and click Sign In
- Authenticate with Duo if prompted.
iOS and Android
- Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Faculty and staff are encouraged to explore Adobe Express to determine whether it meets their creative needs. If additional functionality is needed, an Adobe Creative Cloud license
may be requested.
When you activate your Ithaca College Adobe Express account, you gain access to premium features such as:
- Premium templates for resumes, newsletters, flyers, posters, and more
- Premium assets, including royalty-free images, icons, and graphics
- Advanced editing tools to resize designs, remove backgrounds, add text or audio to videos, and apply effects
- AI tools powered by Adobe Firefly for generating images, applying text effects, and editing with natural language prompts
- Collaboration features such as real-time co-editing and commenting
- Up to 100 GB of storage
- Cloud-based access so you can create and edit from virtually any device, anywhere
Using the Ithaca College Brand
- Open your project in Adobe Express and select Brands from the left panel.
- Choose the Ithaca College brand you want to apply.
- Next to Apply Brand, open the settings and choose what to apply. You can turn on or off colors, fonts, and recolor graphics depending on how closely you want the design to match Ithaca College branding.
- If needed, select Apply to all pages so the Ithaca College brand is used throughout the design rather than just on one page.
- Select Apply brand to update the design. Adobe Express will use the brand’s heading font for titles and body font for other text.
- Use the shuffle option to try different approved font and color combinations until you find the version that works best, and use undo if needed.

Adobe Express is a web-based design platform similar to Canva. Both offer tools for designing flyers, social media posts, photo and video creation, editing, and more.

As you approach graduation or prepare to leave Ithaca College, it is important to copy your designs and files to a personal Adobe account before you lose access. Approximately 30 days after your commencement date, you will lose access to Adobe Express.
