This service is intended for faculty and staff assigned a Microsoft Teams Phone number, or whose current IC phone is being deactivated or transitioned as part of the Teams Phone Migration Project.
What is this Service?
Use this service to submit a request or report any problem you experience with your phone service during Ithaca College's transition to Teams Phone. Your request goes directly to the Teams Phone project team, who will find an answer or troubleshoot the issue. and follow up with you.
Inquiries may include:
- Trouble making or receiving calls
- Voicemail not working
- Poor call quality, such as dropped calls, echo, or delay
- Problems with your handset, headset, or other audio/microphone device
- Phone scheduled to deactivate but it's still needed
- Assign or transfer a phone number
