This service is intended for staff and digital sign managers.
What is this Service?
- For clients to request assistance with the College's digital signage system – either something not working as expected on the software side (i.e. content deployment) or to report signs (either the TV or computer) being offline, damaged, or otherwise in need of a technician visit.
- Requests for new signs.
- For training on how to use Optisigns to manage Digital Signage, please see the resources linked below. We are currently unable to offer individual trainings.
- Request Access to OptiSigns, and add/remove OptiSigns Managers.
Requesting manager access for OptiSigns requires supervisor approval. Only users who are requesting manager access should fill out this form. If you are a supervisor, please have the user needing access to OptiSigns submit this request.
