This service is intended for all members of Ithaca College systems.
What is this Service?
Use the Submit Request button to report an accessibility barrier you have encountered on the Ithaca College website, like anything that prevents:
- Reading
- Navigating
- Using our content
Such as:
- a page that does not work with a screen reader or keyboard
- text that is difficult to read
- a video without captions
- a form you cannot complete
You do not need to know the technical cause or use any specific terminology. A member of the Web Communications and Digital Strategy team will review your report and follow up.
