This service is intended for all active users of Ithaca College systems. (Students, Faculty, Staff, and Affiliates)
What is this Service?
This service is to request a consultation with the Business Productivity group for topics relating to:
- Microsoft Office 365 applications, a suite of productivity and collaboration applications that includes always up-to-date versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Teams. It includes desktop, mobile, and web versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, and 1 TB of cloud storage with OneDrive.
- Communication and collaboration services and applications, including Microsoft Teams.
- Large-scale storage solutions, including Microsoft OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Scheduling and booking applications, including Microsoft Bookings.
- Task and project management applications, including Microsoft To Do, Planner, Project, and TeamDynamix.
- Requests for a Visio Plan 2 license or Project Plan 3 license.
