Who is the Audience for this Service?

This service is intended for staff and digital sign managers.

What is this Service?

  • For clients to request assistance with the College's digital signage system – either something not working as expected on the software side (i.e. content deployment) or to report signs (either the TV or computer) being offline, damaged, or otherwise in need of a technician visit.
  • Requests for new signs.
  • For training on how to use Optisigns to manage Digital Signage, please see the resources linked below. We are currently unable to offer individual trainings.
  • Request Access to OptiSigns, and add/remove OptiSigns Managers.
