This service is intended for staff and digital sign managers.

About this Service

For clients to request assistance with the College's digital signage system – either something not working as expected on the software side (i.e. content deployment) or to report signs (either the TV or computer) being offline, damaged, or otherwise in need of a technician visit.

Requests for new signs or access to Optisigns for new sign administrators can also be made here.

For training on how to use Optisigns to manage Digital Signage, please see the resources linked below. We are currently unable to offer individual trainings.
