Who is the Audience for this Service?

This service is for Ithaca College staff who need help with the administrative setup and configuration of TeamDynamix services, forms, workflows, or applications.

This service is not intended for general help requests related to ticket submissions.

What is this Service?

Use this service when you are requesting administrative changes or consultation related to TeamDynamix, including:

  • Changes to how an existing TeamDynamix service or request form is configured
  • Adding, removing, or updating form fields
  • Adjustments to workflows, statuses, routing rules, or automation
  • Updates to groups, group membership, or permissions
  • Questions about how TeamDynamix is set up to support your department’s process
  • Consultation when planning a new or updated TeamDynamix service

This service should not be used for client or end‑user help requests, such as questions about submitting a ticket, resolving an issue, or getting help with a specific request.
