What is this Service?

This service is for getting support with artificial intelligence and requesting new AI1 tools, for the following offerings:

  • Request AI1 for Teaching and Learning: Submit this application to request the purchase of AI1-related software or licensing for teaching and learning
  • Request for AI1 Support or Consultation: Submit this request for general support with AI1, be that a consultation or general support.

Glossary

  1. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
    • "Artificial Intelligence" as the term we currently refer to it today often refers to Large Language Models, which are a type of machine learning model designed for natural language processing tasks such as language generation
    • More broadly, AI is the capability of computational systems to perform tasks typically associated with human intelligence, such as learning, reasoning, problem-solving, perception, and decision-making.
