This service is intended for all users of Ithaca College systems. (Students, Faculty, Staff, Retirees, Alumni and Affiliates)

What is this Service?

This service is for account related access, for these offerings:

  • Report a problem or change with a business Application: This service would be used to report Production Problems, and Changes with homer, Parnassus, ECM and Advance, Web and BI

  • Request Finance and HR cloud: This service is used to report issues with Oracle Cloud (Finance and HR Cloud)

  • Request Residential Life and student conduct and Community Standards Technical Support: This is used for assistance with the Mercury application 

  • Request Philanthropy and engagement Technical Support: This service would be used when requiring assistance for: Raiser's Edge, Fundraising Performance Management, Guided Fundraising, and NetCommunity
