This service is for software related assistance, for these offerings:

  • Application Assistance: This service is to request asssitance with Adobe applications, Microsoft products (teams, bookings, sharepoint), Zoom, and other applications.
  • Software Help Request: Use this application to request assistance with software that is not listed above from the IT Service Desk.
