This service is intended for all users of Ithaca College systems. (Students, Faculty, Staff, Retirees, Alumni and Affiliates)
What is this Service?
Duo is Ithaca College's multi-factor authentication (MFA) tool, which requires an extra authentication step (most commonly done by approving a prompt on your smart phone) when logging into certain IC systems such as email. This extra step dramatically decreases the ability for someone to gain unauthorized access to your account.
Use this service to receive assistance with DUO.
- If you are new to Ithaca College, please log into outlook with your IC email. After entering your password you will be prompted to begin the setup.
- If you are trying to make a change to your DUO account, please click the green "Submit a Ticket" button.
