Use this service to change/set up your SSPR methods, which will then allow you to reset your password.

Please enter your username (first part of your Ithaca email address) or your Ithaca ID number
Please enter an email address that is not your @ithaca, to enroll in SSPR.
Please enter a phone number to enroll in to SSPR.

The IT Service Desk can send you a DUO push to verify your ID but you would need to provide a time that we can send you the push and that you can verify the push.

The Service Desk is available 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri.

After providing times below, the Service Desk will contact you at one of the given times. Please try to provide as many times as possible that you are available.
(Note: This may not always be possible so we will try to call you as close to one of the given times as we can. If your hours don't work we will contact you to provide additional hours until your issue is resolved)
