The IT Service Desk can send you a DUO push to verify your ID but you would need to provide a time that we can send you the push and that you can verify the push.

(Note: This may not always be possible so we will try to call you as close to one of the given times as we can. If your hours don't work we will contact you to provide additional hours until your issue is resolved)
