Request Door Access

This service is for door access, including but not limited to: adding hardware, requesting access to an area, and more.

Request Ithaca Email and Account Assistance

This service is for a wide variety of Ithaca email related issues including but not limited to Outlook Calendar room requests, Personal Ithaca email help, department email help and more.

Request Login Assistance

This service is for account related access. Including but not limited to: SSPR (Self Service Password Reset), DUO (Multi-factor Authentication) and more.

Request Shared Workstation Login

Faculty and staff may request a shared workstation login account, such as for use in specialized labs on shared computers.

Request Third-party Account Access

This service is used for requesting access to an Ithaca College or files by someone other than the account/data owner.

Request Mentor and Praxis File Server Access Changes

Supervisors may request permission changes to Mentor or Praxis server folders on behalf of their employees and student workers.

Request for Application Integration

This is to request the integration of a third-party application with various platforms, including but not limited to Canvas, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.

Request Username/Name Changes

This service is for submitting a request to change an Ithaca College username, preferred name, or legal name.

Request IT Security Assistance

Request help with a technology-related security issue.

Request IC Email List Support

This is to request a new IC email list, or request support for an existing IC email list, which is used to send email messages to all list members at one time.
