Overview

PaperCut Mobility Print simplifies printing from personal devices. Unlike traditional print drivers, it works through a simple app or system integration that discovers the campus printers when you are connected to the Ithaca College network.

Available Printers

Mobility Print provides access to the following printer queues:

  • ToshibaBW - black and white printing
  • ToshibaColor - color printing

These printers are available at locations across campus. See Toshiba Printers around campus for a complete list of locations. Your print jobs are held in the queue until you release them at any Toshiba printer using your IC ID card.

  • Printers not appearing: make sure you completed the setup through the Mobility Print link, and restart your device if needed
  • Authentication errors: verify your IC username and password are correct. Contact the Service Desk if the issue persists
  • Print jobs not showing at the printer: confirm you selected the correct printer queue and that your IC ID card is registered
  • Off-campus printing: connect to the Ithaca College VPN first - you must be on the IC network to reach the printers
