
This article answers common questions about printing at the library, including how to print single-sided, print and scan on non-letter paper, and request a refund.

Before you start: To print to
ToshibaBW or
ToshibaColor, the Toshiba printers must be set up on the computer or device you print from:
WebPrint does not require any setup - you upload files through the browser.
1. How to Print Single-Sided
IC Managed Computers (Recommended)
- Open the file you want to print
- Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac)
- Select ToshibaBW or ToshibaColor
- Turn off Double-Sided (also called Two-Sided)
- Click Print
- Enter your Ithaca College credentials if prompted
- Sign in at any Toshiba printer
- Release your print job
Personal Device
- Connect to the IthacaCollege secure network using your Ithaca College username and password
- Add the Toshiba printers to your device by following How To: Use PaperCut's Mobility Print
- Open the file you want to print
- Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac)
- Select ToshibaBW or ToshibaColor
- Turn off Double-Sided (also called Two-Sided)
- Click Print
- Enter your Ithaca College credentials if prompted (make sure the name matches your Ithaca College username)
- Sign in at any Toshiba printer
- Release your print job
WebPrint
WebPrint prints double-sided only and cannot produce single-sided output. To print single-sided, use a library, lab, or campus computer instead.
On an Ithaca College computer, follow the IC Managed Computers steps above and turn off Double-Sided in the print options.
2. Printing with Non-Letter Paper
- Open the file you want to print
- Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac)
- Select ToshibaBW or ToshibaColor
- Click More settings
- Change the paper size to your desired size
- Click Print
- Go to any Toshiba printer and open the bypass tray (on the right side of the machine)
- Load your paper and align the guides flush with the paper
- Sign in and release your print job
- If prompted, select the bypass tray as the paper source
3. Scanning with Non-Letter Paper
- Open the top of the printer to access the scanner
- Place your paper in the top-left corner
- Sign in at the Toshiba printer
- Select Scan
- Select Scan to Email or Scan to OneDrive
- Click Change settings on the right-hand side
- Change the paper size to Legal (8.5" x 14") or Ledger (11" x 17")
- Change any other desired settings
- Select Start
4. Requesting a Refund
- Go to webprint.ithaca.edu
- In the left menu, select Recent Print Jobs
- Locate the print job you need refunded
- Select Request Refund
