How To: Setup Toshiba Print Queues [Windows]

Before you begin: Make sure you're connected to Ithaca College WiFi or the VPN

1. Find the PaperCut Print Deploy Client icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen (Taskbar)
   • Look for the small icons near the clock
   • It might be hidden behind the up-arrow (^)
   • It looks like a small green printer icon
   • Click it and select “View my printers” in the small pop-up menu to open the print deploy client.

2. Add your printers
   • Select "ToshibaBW" and click Install
   • Select "ToshibaColor" and click Install

3. You're all set! To make sure everything is working:
   • Open any document in an app such as a Web Browser, Word, or Adobe Acrobat.
   • Try printing a test page
