This service is intended for all users of Ithaca College systems that receive or manage devices from Information Technology (Faculty, Staff)
What is this Service?
This service is for technology renewal, the process of providing and replacing technology at Ithaca College, for these offerings:
- New Device Request/Device Return: This application allows you to request a new device for an employee of Ithaca College or for a department. This includes primary use devices, lab computers, shared use devices, and iPads. This application also allows you to notify IT that you are returning a device, whether it be for retirement, an employee leaving the college, or another reason.
- Technology Renewal Replacement: This application is for Ithaca College's 4-year renewal cycle, where faculty and staff members receive new computers every 4 years.
- Change to Ownership or Location: This application allows you to request a change in ownership of a specific device or printer, or request that it be moved to a new location.
