This service is intended for all active members of Ithaca College systems. (Students, Faculty, Staff, and Affiliates)
What is this Service?
This service is for loaning out technology from Information Technology, for the following offerings:
- Request IT Loan. This form can be used for the following purposes:
- Faculty/Staff/Affiliates: Use this form to request a loaner device, either for yourself or a student employee
- This includes laptops, desktops, iPads, monitors, peripherals, and more. Please note that availability is subject to change, and all equipment must be returned in good condition.
- Students: Use this form to request an extension of longer than 4 weeks for a computer or iPad loaned from the Service Desk
- Any student loan extension will then be reviewed by the Service Desk Managers
- Library Loans: The library offers course material, books, CD/DVD/Blu-ray drives, other computer hardware (Chargers), and more. Click the link to go to the libraries page to see what they loan out to students, faculty & staff, and other associates
