Purchasing New College-Owned Computers

There are three Technology Renewal cycles - Summer, Spring, and Fall. Each cycle the "standard" computers that are ordered for the campus community is reviewed and verified by IT&A to ensure that it meets the campus community's needs. We understand that some departments may need non-standard machines - those are purchased differently than what we offer the majority of the campus community and they are not leased.

All new equipment that is purchased through the procurement office or IT&A and is approved by a Dean, Director or Vice President before its purchased.

Reminder: Other components and peripherals such as speakers, monitors, docking stations, etc, are not replaced under the renewal program.

Please visit the Technology Renewal Program Details knowledge base article for more information on what the Tech Renewal Program budgets for and what departments need to budget for.
