This service is for Microsoft related access, for these offerings:

• Request Microsoft Teams Assistance: This is to request a team or request support for an existing team in Microsoft Teams, a desktop, mobile and web-based communication and collaboration platform. 
• Request Microsoft Bookings Assistance: This service allows you to request access to Microsoft Bookings or support for an existing Bookings calendar
• Request Microsoft SharePoint Assistance: This service allows you to request a Microsoft SharePoint site or request support for an existing site.
