Outlook Calendar Room Request: This is to request support for an Outlook Calendar resource which is typically used to manage department meeting rooms and can be scheduled using Outlook Calendar.
Shared Mailbox and Calendar (Department): Departments often have shared mailboxes to direct e-mail messages to their department rather than an individual and to access a shared calendar
Student Organization Shared Mailbox and Calendar Account: This is to request support for student organization shared mailbox and calendar accounts, which allow email messages to be directed to a student organization rather than to an individual.
Mass E-mail Application (Mailing App): A web-based tool for sending email messages to a large list of Ithaca College recipients.
Login Assistance: This service is for account related access. Including but not limited to: SSPR (Self Service Password Reset), DUO (Multi-factor Authentication) and more.
Email Account Help Request: This service for for general assistance with your ithaca email and calendar help requests but should only be used when none of the above assist you with this.
