About this Service

This service is for printer-related help, with these offerings: 

 

  • Printer Move Request: This request is to move either a network printer or a Toshiba printer. Once the request is received, IT will ensure that the printer is relocated safely and functions correctly in its new location. To ensure proper documentation and maintenance, please provide us with the current location and the intended location of the printer.

Ithaca College uses a print management program called Papercut which allows faculty and staff to conveniently print across campus. Faculty and staff have unrestricted printing privileges while they are signed in with their Ithaca College credentials.

Use this service to request help with adding or removing a printer from a campus computer, asking how-to questions with printing, faxing, or any other software-related printing needs.
Printer Move Request
This service offering is ONLY for faculty and staff who are in charge of printers. Use this service to request that a network or Toshiba printer be moved from one location to another.
