Request IT Consultation

This service is intended for getting a consultation for a variety of subjects, including but not limited to: personal hardware help from the Service Desk, Microsoft Office assistance from Business Productivity, Drupal assistance from Web Support, and more

Request IT General Help

Submit a help request to the Service Desk. For urgent requests, call the Service Desk at 607-274-1000 (4-1000 on campus).

Request Login Assistance

This service is for account related access. Including but not limited to: SSPR (Self Service Password Reset), DUO (Multi-factor Authentication) and more.

Request Printing Assistance

This service is for printing help, including by not limited to: adding or removing a printer from a campus computer, how-tos, and printer moves.

Request Software Assistance

This service is for software-related assistance, for the following offerings: Microsoft application support, Adobe support, Zoom support, and more

Request Device Loans from IT

This service is for loaning devices from Information Technology, including but not limited to: faculty or staff loans, short-term or long-term student loans, extending a student loan, and links to other loan places.

Request Ithaca Email and Account Assistance

This service is for a wide variety of Ithaca email related issues including but not limited to Outlook Calendar room requests, Personal Ithaca email help, department email help and more.

Request Telephone and Voice Mail Assistance

This service is for telephone and voice mail assistance, including but not limited to: requesting a voice mail account, changes to telephones or voice mails, voice mail forwarding, and more

Technology Renewal

This service is for all technology renewal purposes, including but not limited to: requesting new devices, renewing a current device, requesting a change in ownership or location, or returning a device to IT.

Request a Form/Survey or Form/Survey Assistance

This service facilitates requests for creating or modifying web forms, or asking for troubleshooting with form and survey applications.

Request Contract Review

A Contract review is the process of analyzing the provisions within a contractual agreement to ensure that the terms are fair and have no potential risks to Ithaca College. This service is designed for Ithaca College employees to submit potential contracts with outside parties to be reviewed by the Contract Review Team who will provide feedback on any clauses or terms that may be unclear or potentially problematic.
