This service offering is used to request assistance with applications such as Adobe Products, Microsoft Applications (Teams, Booking, Sharepoint), Zoom and other applications and assistance with getting licenses (permissions) for different applications

This service is for software-related assistance, for the following offerings: Microsoft application support, Adobe support, Zoom support, and more

Request Hardware Help

Faculty, staff and students help with a computer, attached device (mouse, keyboard), monitor, etc.

Request Login Assistance

This service is for account related access. Including but not limited to: SSPR (Self Service Password Reset), DUO (Multi-factor Authentication) and more.

Request IT General Help

Submit a help request to the Service Desk. For urgent requests, call the Service Desk at 607-274-1000 (4-1000 on campus).

Request Audio Visual Support

This service is used to request work from the Audio Visual group.

This service is for a wide variety of Ithaca email related issues including but not limited to Outlook Calendar room requests, Personal Ithaca email help, department email help and more.

This service is for loaning devices from Information Technology, including but not limited to: faculty or staff loans, short-term or long-term student loans, extending a student loan, and links to other loan places.

This service is for printing help, including by not limited to: adding or removing a printer from a campus computer, requesting printing supplies, changing a printer monitor, faxing assistance, printing account/balance related changes, printer moves, and more.
