Login Assistance

This service is for account related access. Including but not limited to: SSPR (Self Service Password Reset), DUO (Multi-factor Authentication) and more.

Software/Application Troubleshooting & Support

This service is intended for users who already have access to an application and need help resolving issues (e.g. installation problems, login errors, or software malfunction)

Hardware Help Request

Faculty, staff and students help with a computer, attached device (mouse, keyboard), monitor, etc.

IT General Help Request

Submit a help request to the Service Desk. For urgent requests, call the Service Desk at 607-274-1000 (4-1000 on campus).

Audio Visual Support

This service is used to request work from the Audio Visual group.

Ithaca Email and Account Assistance

This service is for a wide variety of Ithaca email related issues including but not limited to Outlook Calendar room requests, Personal Ithaca email help, department email help and more.

Device Loan Request

This service is for loaning devices from Information Technology, including but not limited to: faculty or staff loans, short-term or long-term student loans, extending a student loan, and links to other loan places.

Printing Assistance

This service is for printing help, including by not limited to: adding or removing a printer from a campus computer, requesting printing supplies, changing a printer monitor, faxing assistance, printing account/balance related changes, printer moves, and more.

IT Security Assistance

Use this service to request help with security issues, including Information Security help and Door Access

Ithaca Wi-Fi Assistance

This service is to provided assistance/ direction for all ithaca college WiFi related questions

Canvas Assistance

This service is for Canvas assistance, including but not limited to: requesting a new Canvas site, requesting a Canvas guest account, and more

Inter-Departmental IT Assistance

Providing assistance with Finance and HR Cloud, ECM, Residential Life and student conduct.
